How to convert a screen image in JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF or PNG?

Hello friends, I want to add a screen image to Orkut's album. It is not accept PowerPoint image and Photoshop image. It asks for JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF or PNG type images. Can any of you tell me how to convert it? Thanks for the good answers.
