Where can I get 64-bit Vista Home Premium?

I bought the 32-bit Vista Home Premium retail a while back, but now I want to install 64-IT. There was of course lame Microsoft did not include it on the counter, and I have to order it and pay shipping and handling according to their website. Is there anywhere I can just download it? I paid $ 170 for the license, why should I have to wait a week to get it in the mail? Some of you must learn to read. The Vista license is for both 32-bit and 64-bit, but Microsoft has just decided not to include 64-bit version of the DVD box, for whatever reason. You can order it online from them, but you have to pay S & H, and wait for it to arrive. Since I own the license it does not matter from what source I acquire from the media, so I want to just go ahead and download it instead to wait a week for the mail. Vista really is not 64-bit, as much as 64-bit emulation. Unless you are running some really old programs, it is fantastic.
