Problems with my FLY Fusion Pentop Computer Software?

When I try to download the software that goes with my FLY Fusion Pentop Computer, you I get this error: "Download not complete because of possible network disconnection. Please try again when the issue is resolved" But I can obiviously go on the Internet. I do not know what I want to do. I want to get some stuff on it before we have to go to my grandparents' house in 30 minutes.

The server is jamed since it is Christmas. Thet everbodys ask questions. I was too.
