Kaspersky Antivirus Bootable recovery CD and questions?

I made a bootable recovery & Norton antivirus cd, and I was wondering if it can be used more than once. I've already used it on an infected computer, can I use it ever again on my friends computer? Also, how can you get it to start, you can turn the infected computer and wait until it starts up fully and set the startup disk and restart the computer, or is there another way? Please help

Set Avira "Rescue Disk" into your CD / DVD drive and restart your machine. It should boot directly from the CD as an up-date even before scanning …. YES … you can use it on any Windows machine … GOOD LUCK!
